Jeff Gomon

Jeff has been a member of BMW CCA for over 26 years.  He was the past President of the Great Plains Chapter for 19yrs. and is currently serving as the South Central Regional Vice President on the National Board.

While serving in the US Navy for 10yrs. He purchased his first BMW, a gently used 1985 325e in Diamond Black Metallic.  After leaving the Navy, and Virginia Beach, he returned to Lincoln Nebraska with his wife and daughter.  He currently works at Duncan Aviation and has been there since 1997 in a variety of roles.

In 1998 the 325e was replaced with an Alpine White 1991 M5 which he still has today. Current BMWs include the M5, a Highland Green Metallic 2005 4.4l X5 SAV, an Imola Red 2005 330ci ZHP, a  Verona Red 1970 ‘02 and a Sienna Brown Metallic 1975 ‘02.

Jeff credits Sheridan White for firmly planting the Performance Driving bug many years ago.  After several years of Driving Schools, Jeff attended on of first Instructor Training Schools in the region at The former Second Creek Raceway in Colorado.  After 10+ years of instructing, he is now giving back by being an ITS Mentor to new Instructor Candidates.

  • Fastest driver in Spec ZHP (All the other guys are cheaters)
